Please keep soft copy of passport photo(jpg <50KB), pdf of front and back of aadhar card in single pdf file and NEET Rank letter ready. |

Before uploading Enter all your details.All fields are mandatory.Then save details. Go to upload documents tab. Fill in application ID received in email and OTP received on mobile. |

Then upload the required documents like photo, aadhar card and NEET or equvalent qualifying exam result card. |
